High Protein Fluid Dairy
We make higher protein fluid milks that can feel and taste just like whole milk and cream but without the fat.
With a calibrated concentration they work great as a full or partial milk, butter, and cream substitutes while also helping to reduce or eliminate food stabilizers, thickening agents, and texture enhancers. Plus, there is no sensory degradation because they provide a wholesome taste.
The high protein content and palatable texture make these concentrates a better option than many powdered animal/dairy and plant protein concentrates that frequently impair the taste and consistency of foods and beverages.
Availability: Primarily in refrigerated tanker trailer quantities.
High Protein Mixing Loaves
These are our most concentrated products in terms of protein content.
The loaves work great as a supplement to ground beef and other animal muscle proteins in ground and formed foods while also helping to replace, reduce, or eliminate food stabilizers, thickening agents, and texture enhancers. There is no sensory degradation because they provide a wholesome texture and taste. Plus, they help to reduce the usual shrink from cooking.
The high protein content and palatable texture make these loaves a better option than many powdered animal/dairy and plant protein add-ons that frequently impair the taste and consistency of foods such as burger patties, wieners, meatballs, etc.
Availability: Primarily in that are delivered in frozen loaves between 10 and 20 lbs.
